Workaholics' Agency program lets you sell an AI real-estate service under your brand. Every activated client gets a real, isolated Factory with durable state.

The business model

Opening an Agency is free and does not provision a box. Client capacity is a $299.99/month Workspace Grant: one isolated client Factory for 30 days, including that Factory's Power. There is no second daily Power charge during the covered period. Bundled Agency subscription prices are not for sale yet.

Worker Wages remain a separate shared Agency balance. Client allocations are caps and attribution, not separate wallets or copied money. If a grant lapses, the same Factory is parked and its saved state is preserved until payment recovers.

Getting set up

1. Sign up at /agency — open your Agency free, choose your subdomain (yourbrand.meetsector.app), and set your password right on the form.
2. Buy a $299.99 Workspace Grant from Plans & Billing when a client is ready. Assignment creates the isolated Factory; unused grants have no client data.
3. Log in. The Account switcher in the sidebar flips between your personal account and your agency console.

White-label is included when you open an Agency. Worker Wages are loaded separately. Current commercial details are always on the Agency page.

Workspaces: one per client

Workspaces → + New workspace instantly provisions a client and gives you three things:

① the connector URL · ② a sign-in email · ③ a one-time access code

There are two ways to run a client, and you can mix per client:

Agency mode — you do the work. Add the connector to your own Claude (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector), sign in with the workspace's email + access code, and name it after the client. Now you work as that client — comps, mailers, CRM updates — and they just receive results. One connector per client; their data never mixes.

Toolkit mode — they use their own AI. Send the client the three things (the workspace popup has a copy-ready instruction block). They paste the URL into claude.ai or ChatGPT, sign in once, and their own AI has your toolkit. They never need a dashboard.

Connecting a client's own accounts

To work in a client's Follow Up Boss, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, BoldTrail, or Postiz, open their workspace → Client integrations → Get connect link → copy or email it. They click and sign into their own account once. From then on you (or their AI) can drive it.

Controls per workspace

Monthly budget — cap what one client can draw from shared Worker Wages per month. Blank = no limit; resets on the 1st; blocked calls show as “Budget reached” in the activity feed.

Tools on/off — toggle whole packs per workspace (e.g. no Direct Mail for a client who shouldn't spend). Applies on their next request.

Activity — every call, its cost, and any block reason, per workspace.

Factory Power & Worker Wages

Plans & Billing shows both meters. Factory Power auto-refill is mandatory and has warning, grace, final-stop, and recovery states. Worker Wages may retain its separate auto-load behavior. Reducing paid Factory quantity parks excess client Factories and preserves data.

Your brand everywhere

Branding sets your app name, logo, and color. Your clients' dashboard (if you ever give them a login) lives at yourbrand.meetsector.app with your look — no Workaholics anywhere. On Pro (or the add-on) you can serve it from your own domain with managed TLS: add the domain, set two DNS records, click verify. With bring-your-own keys (Growth+ or add-on) your own vendor API keys power supported tools — those calls skip Worker Wages but still require Factory Power.

FAQ

Do my clients ever pay Workaholics? Never. Workspaces can't reach a checkout.

Can clients see each other's data? No — workspaces are fully isolated.

Which AIs work? claude.ai, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT (developer-mode connectors), Claude Code, and any MCP-compatible client.

What if Factory Power runs dry? Automatic refill retries through the accepted grace state. A final failure stops governed Factories without deleting data; a later successful refill resumes them.

What if Worker Wages run dry? Workaholics-paid work pauses. BYO provider work uses no Wages, but it still cannot run while the Factory itself is stopped.
